1 liter milk
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar

1 packet vanilla
50 grams butter (1 heaping tablespoon)

1 packet whipped cream
Just under 1 cup cold milk
Instructions:
Prepare the Biscuits: Crush the chocolate biscuits into a fine powder. Spread them evenly across a large baking tray.
