Fındıkpare Dessert For Recipe
150 grams of softened butter
2 eggs (1 yolk on top)
1 tea glass semolina
4 tablespoons of icing sugar
1 cup ground hazelnuts (walnuts and almonds are fine)
1 packet of vanilla
1 packet of baking powder
3-3, 5 cups flour (add controlled)
FOR THE SUGAR:
3.5 cups of water
3.5 cups sugar
4 – 5 drops of lemon juice
FOR THE TOPPING:
1 egg yolk
3 drops of oil
Whole hazelnut (walnut or almond)
How to Make Fındıkpare Dessert Recipe?
* Firstly, we make sherbet.
* After boiling water and sugar for 15 minutes, add lemon juice, boil for another 5 minutes, remove from the stove and let it warm.
* Let’s take all the ingredients except flour into a deep bowl. Gradually add flour and knead until you get a soft consistency.
* Pick walnut sized pieces from the dough and place them on a greased baking tray.
* Press the whole hazelnuts into the centre.
* Add vegetable oil to the egg yolk and spread it on the edges.
* Bake in a preheated 170 degree oven until the edges crack.
* Let’s pour the warmed syrup to the first warm dessert.
* When it absorbs well (after 4-5 hours), let’s serve it.
