How to Make Crispy Homemade Dessert Recipe?
* Firstly, prepare the syrup. Add granulated sugar, water and lemon slice into a pot and let it boil over medium heat. When the syrup starts to boil, boil for 10-15 minutes more and turn off the stove. Remove the lemon inside and let the syrup cool down.
* Add egg, vegetable oil, milk, yoghurt, yoghurt, semolina and salt into the mixing bowl and mix.
* Add flour little by little in a controlled manner, add baking powder and mix. (The consistency of the dough should be thick but fluid enough to be squeezed with a piping bag. The most important trick: The firmer your dough is, the crisper your ring dessert will be on the outside and the softer it will be on the inside).
* Put the prepared mixture into a piping bag with a star nozzle.
* Add vegetable oil into a deep pot and pour the mixture into the heated vegetable oil for 1 minute, squeeze it with a piping bag and shape it as a ring. Put the pot on the stove and fry the ring desserts over medium heat, turning the ring desserts up and down.
* Place the fried desserts on a plate covered with a napkin and drain the excess oil. Switch off the stove, put the pot on the other side of the stove and wait for the oil to warm up.
* Squeeze the mixture into the warmed oil again and continue this process until the mixture is finished.
* Remove the ring desserts from the stove and put them into the completely cooled syrup before they cool down too much. Wait for a few minutes to absorb the syrup.
* Put the ring desserts, which have absorbed the syrup, on the service plate.
* You can serve your crispy, homemade ring desserts fresh whenever you want
