    Ingredients For Real Şambali Dessert Recipe

    500 grams semolina
    1 water glass of granulated sugar
    1 cup of yoghurt
    1 packet of vanilla and baking powder
    1 teaspoon of baking soda

    Şambali dessert To grease the tray:

    1 tablespoon of oil
    1 tablespoon flour
    Half a tea glass of grape molasses

     For the syrup:

    3 water glass granulated sugar
    4 cups of water
    1 teaspoon lemon juice

    For the topping:

    1 small bowl of unsalted peanuts

    How to Make Real Şambali Dessert Recipe?

    * Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and knead well.
    * Grease and flour the tray, pour the molasses on it.
    * Spread the molasses on the tray, pour the sweet dough all over the tray, garnish with peanuts.
    * Leave it for half an hour for the semolina to swell.
    * Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
    * Boil the syrup on the other side.
    * Cool the dessert out of the oven for 5 minutes, then cool it with sherbet, slice it after the sherbet is absorbed and refrigerate for an hour.
