    Preparation of Dolma Dessert with Pistachio

    Ingredients:

    500 grams of phyllo
    300 grams of pistachio nuts
    150 grams of butter
    2 cups of granulated sugar
    1,5 cups of water
    Juice of half a lemon

    Preparation:

    Sherbet Preparation: Firstly prepare the syrup. Put sugar and water in a saucepan and boil. After boiling, add lemon juice and boil for a few more minutes. Leave the syrup to cool.

    Yufka Preparation: Spread the phyllo on a flat surface and grease each phyllo with butter. Sprinkle the pistachio filling on the phyllo.

    Stuffing Preparation: Roll the phyllo pastry tightly. Slice the rolls into 3-4 cm wide slices.

    Cooking: Place the sliced phyllo rolls on a greased baking tray. Spread butter all over them. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven until they turn golden colour.

    Sherbet: Pour the cold sherbet over the hot desserts coming out of the oven. Leave it for a few hours to absorb the syrup.
